Andreina “Andy” Moyssidis has a passion for real estate and a commitment to her business that is hard to match. Working from a place of honesty, integrity and with the desire and confidence to inspire those around her, Andy knows that the right home or property can bring great joy and satisfaction to those who live there.  Prior to beginning her real estate career, Andy worked in television for more than a decade as an Editor and Production Coordinator before leaving the industry to spend time as a stay-at-home mom. During her time with her family, she opened an online party supply store with just $200. Her successes led to an offer from an investor to buy her out for $100,000. While searching for a property to open her brick-and-mortar store, Andy realized that she had both the talent, and the passion, for a career in real estate and, on the advice of her mom and friends, she earned her license and quickly found her footing in the competitive South Florida real estate industry.   Today, Andy specializes in the mixed-use properties, retail malls, and multi-family properties across South Florida beginning in the $1 million range. Her expert command of the market including trends, property values, legislation and more has led to memberships with the ICSC, IBBA and BBF, as well as a being chosen as a candidate for the prestigious CCIM.  Andy’s vision, attention to detail and marketing expertise rounds out her stellar skill set while her ability to truly connect with people and build lasting relationships has made her a favorite among buyers, sellers and investors from those beginning their foray into real estate to the most discerning clientele.  Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, Andy attended the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale where she graduated with an Associate’s degree in Journalism and Broadcasting and a Bachelor’s degree in 3D Animation and Special Effects. A self-proclaimed student of life, Andy loves learning and traveling, art, languages, photography and more, but first and foremost in her life is God and family. An investor herself, Andy is working on investing in France with plans to buy back her family’s chateau. She has made her home in Florida for 29 years. 

Christopher Moyssidis found his passion in real estate with his wife's passion for it. He has been in the I.T. Hospital system for the last 18 years with Baptist Hospital Systems, and the most sought after engineer by his peers to help with issues that would arise. Winning numerous awards for his public service, he is an exemplary example of what helping the public is. Chris has also worked in soccer, earning several licenses including Olympic Development. Learning to deal with children and parents alike is his strong suit.
